Experiment 24. Miraculous flow of water

This is a very easy experiment. All you need is just one old plastic bottle and a needle. Fill the bottle with water. Then tighten its lid. Now hold the bottle on sink. Get the needle and pierce one hole. Then make some more holes. While makig the holes, some drops will come out. But later on no water comes out! And now loosen the lid and suddenly water starts comig out! Again you tighten the lid and water stops coming out! This happens due to difference in air pressure inside the bottle. When the lid is closed, water tries to pour out resulting low pressure in upper part of the bottle. Pressure of outer air is more than this and so the air rushes inside and then stops the water! When the lid is open, water pressure is equal to the air pressure. So it comes out. Do this and show to your friends!

Activity 24. Create a random story! 

For this, you need 4-5 persons. By rotation, everyone will tell some words and the story will move ahead. The first person can say- "I was going to..." The second would say "to meet my friend..." The third would say "to plan our picnic, but suddenly..." and the story will go on! Do, enjoy and laugh!

प्रयोग 24. वाहणारं आणि थांबणारं पाणी 

हा अगदी सोपा प्रयोग आहे. ह्याच्यासाठी तुम्हाला फक्त एक जुनी प्लास्टिकची बाटली आणि एक सुई लागेल. बाटलीमध्ये पाणी भरा आणि तिचं झाकण घट्ट बंद करा. आता बाटली सिंकच्या वर धरा. सुईने एक बारीक छिद्र करा. आता आणखी काही छिद्र करा. छिद्र करताना थोडसं पाणी बाहेर सांडेल. पण नंतर पाणी अजिबात सांडणार नाही! आता तुम्ही वरचं झाकण ढिलं करा. अचानक पाणी बाहेर सांडायला लागेल!  परत झाकण बंद करा, पाणी परत बंद होईल! असं होण्याचं कारण पाण्याच्या बाटलीतला दाबामध्ये असलेला फरक हे आहे. जेव्हा झाकण बंद केलेलं असतं, तेव्हा छिद्रामधून पाणी बाहेर येण्याचा प्रयत्न करतं. पण पाणी जसा बाहेर येण्याचा प्रयत्न करतं, तसं बाटलीच्या वरच्या भागामध्ये हवेचा दाब कमी होतो. आणि बाहेरची जी हवा असते ती आतमध्ये येण्याचा प्रयत्न करते व पाण्याला बाहेर पडू देत नाही. आणि जेव्हा आपण झाकण उघडतो, तेव्हा पाण्याचा दाब आणि हवेचा दाब सारखाच होतो. त्यामुळे पाणी बाहेर पडू शकतं. करून पाहा, त्याचा आनंद घ्या आणि मित्रांनाही दाखवा!

गंमत 24. सगळ्यांनी मिळून सांगायची गोष्ट

ह्याच्यासाठी तुम्हाला चार-पाच जण लागतील. आळीपाळीने प्रत्येक जण काही शब्द सांगेल आणि मग गोष्ट पुढे जात राहील. उदा., पहिला जण म्हणू शकेल की "मी एका ठिकाणी चाललो होतो..." दुसरा म्हणेल "इतक्यात मला माझा मित्र भेटला..." तिसरा म्हणेल की "आम्ही पिकनिकला जायचं ठरवत होतो.." आणि चौथा म्हणेल "तेवढ्यात अचानक..." आणि ही गोष्ट अशी पुढे जात राहील! गोष्टीचा आनंद घ्या आणि भरपूर हसा!
